A licensed Prescribery provider in your state reviews your intake. Async for peptides, live consult for TRT and HRT. You will receive a text/email confirming your prescription. Remember, peptides work with your body, sleep, energy, and recovery shift should be seen in weeks 2–4 while larger changes like body composition start to in weeks 6–12.
Periodic Check-ins
An Aion team member will check in roughly two weeks into your protocol and again around eight weeks to help you maximize results. We will also schedule a call at 10 weeks to hear about your future goals and establish a new protocol.

FIRST TIME? READ THIS.
Your first injection, simplified.
Most patients are anxious about this part. Do not be. Subcutaneous injections with insulin syringes are smaller and shallower than the shots most people picture. The whole thing takes under a minute.
Take the vial out of the fridge
Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to warm slightly. Wipe the rubber top with an alcohol pad.
Draw the dose
Your dosing card tells you exactly how many units. Push the needle through the rubber stopper, and pull the dose into the syringe.
Pinch a small fold of skin
Belly fat, about two inches from your belly button. Wipe with an alcohol pad and let it dry for a moment. You can also rotate to the outer thigh, upper buttocks, or the soft area along your side.
Insert the needle at 45°
Quick, confident motion. The needle is small — you'll barely feel it. Push the plunger slowly and steadily. It is recommended to inject slowly (as slow as five seconds)to reduce irritation.

Aion is a telehealth platform designed to help you live your best life — not a primary-care office, not an urgent-care line, and not a grey market storefront.
No in-person clinic visits.
Everything happens online. If you need an in-person physical, you will need a primary-care provider for that.
No insurance billing.
Aion is cash-pay. Most compounded peptides are not covered by insurance.
No same-day shipping. Compounding takes time.
Compounding takes 2–3 days, then two days for shipping.
